Q1 - For Three Reasons:

1. We've designed Face2Face to be "pre-download content" based and not streaming-based. This reduces the expense of, and pressure on, bandwidth and allows interaction not available with desk-top sharing.

2. We expect advertising to help cover our expenses. Also, by offering an "ala carte" menu of fees, host and attendees can choose what they use, thus cutting waste.

3. We want to make Face2Face available to as many people around the world as possible. Keeping the cost low makes it easier to get involved and stay involved.
